Our founder is a Registered Nurse and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner — as well as a nursing educator and published author. She built NOVA DMV Nurses & Caregivers around one belief: care should be personal, respectful, and human. Every care plan is guided by a nurse, not a call center.
That is what “humanistic care” means to us — treating each person as a whole human being, and treating each family with honesty and warmth.
